Confidentiality and Anonymity
All reports are treated with the highest level of confidentiality, subject to legal limitations (e.g., court orders or law enforcement requirements). We do not record IP addresses or use tracking technologies in the reporting process.
We respect your right to anonymity. Unless you voluntarily provide identifying information, we will not collect or share any data that could reveal your identity.
If you report a concern in good faith, you are protected from retaliation. Retaliation of any kind — including dismissal, demotion, harassment, or adverse changes in working conditions — is strictly prohibited.
Any individual who retaliates against a whistleblower may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination or legal action.

What Happens After You Report
Your submission will be reviewed by our trained compliance team as soon as possible, but always within 24 hours. You may receive a request for follow-up if you’ve provided a contact method or a case reference. We highly encourage you to use the portal and check in often for communication from us.
We will assess the concern and determine the appropriate next steps, which will be communicated to the organization.
Important: This platform is not monitored outside business hours. If your concern is an immediate threat to health, safety, or well-being, please contact local emergency services or the appropriate management team directly.
Use of Data and Privacy Notice
All data submitted through this platform is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Data is encrypted and securely stored. We do not sell, share, or use your information for any purpose other than the proper handling of your concern.

About Confiden-Tell
We are an independent and neutral company tasked by many organizations to confidentially receive and manage complaints or reports about misconduct and ethical concerns.
This site has no means of determining who or from where any submission is made. This system is designed to provide a means of reporting serious concerns within your organization, including misconduct such as harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, misappropriation of company property, and other unethical behaviours.
Our intake team receives the information and prepares a memo to share this information with your organization. As part of this process, we will communicate with the person providing the information, through our confidential and encrypted messaging system.
We are a neutral third party and we have no stake in any outcome associated with your concerns. Our role is limited to understanding and communicating your concerns to the appropriate person or persons within your organization. We also offer guidance to your organization on how to ethically address your concerns to bring about a resolution.

What type of information should I include?
We encourage you to share all information you feel comfortable sharing with as much detail as possible. The detail helps with any subsequent investigation. You can also use the portal to upload photos or other documents for our intake team to review.
What happens to the information I provide?
The information you share will be reviewed and considered so that a decision can be made on how to proceed. Your organization will receive the information and along with it, our analysis and options for how best to resolve your concerns. This is why we encourage you to login and communicate with us through the portal, so we can understand the issues, ask you questions, while you remain safe and anonymous. This process will allow us to provide the best options to the organization, so issues you raise are addressed ethically and responsibly.

How do I check the status of my submission?
If this happens there is not a way to recover that information. This is part of the security to protect your identity. However, if this happens, just start a new report and mention that you previously reported a concern. If you share a few details from your original report we will be able to match your communications to that matter.
How is my identity protected?
ConfidenTell is designed to protect your identity. There is no way through our system to identify you, or track your location, unless you tell us who you are. Only if you tell us your name will it be passed along to the organization.
What if I’m not comfortable using this portal, can I report in a different way?
Yes, you can email us at report@confidentell.com or call us at 833-737-7848. If you choose email, we recommend you create a “fake email” using Gmail or Hotmail. This will ensure the email can’t be traced back to you. If you phone us, you are safe because we do not subscribe to any form of caller ID. However, you might wish to have someone else leave the phone message so your voice cannot be recognized.
